At DMG safety is our #1 priority, therefore we take great pride in providing a safe work zone for our staff, customers, and the general public. We adhere to all the safety regulations and guidelines established by the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), and Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). For the past three years, DMG has achieved a significantly low OSHA recordable rate of 0% and because of that we proud to have received a Three Years Without a Workers’ Compensation Claim – Safety Award from our insurance provider. We strive to withhold one of the lowest ratings in the industry.

Our Quality Control Manager(s) is an American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) Traffic Control Instructor (TCS) and maintains an OSHA 500 certification. Our Traffic Control team maintains VDOT and MDOT certifications, which complies with ATSSA requirements. In addition, Quality Control Managers are required to complete DMG work zone traffic control monthly and quarterly trainings.
