The Beginning
The Beginning

Glenn and Alice Bertrand established Bert’s Underground Construction. The Company’s focus was on the installation of underground pipelines for Washington Gas Light Company

 

1994
Diamond Management Group

Diamond’s Management Group, Inc. originally began in 1994, under the name of Diamond’s Utility Construction, Inc. when Glenn and Alice Bertrand opened their second Minority, Women- Owned pipeline construction company per WGL’s request.

1999
The Merger
The Merger

In 1999, Diamond’s Management Group, Inc. was merged with Bert’s Underground Construction and the company continued to successfully provide Gas Pipeline Construction for Washington Gas Light. In addition, the Company’s management concluded that the firm had grown sufficiently to alter its primary target market segment from the Gas Pipeline Construction segment and began Industrial Building and Property Management.

 

2000
Establishing Long Lasting Business Relationships

From 2000 to 2001, Diamond’s Management Group, Inc. subcontracted as a Utility Contractor for Northern Pipeline, Co. (NPL). Our Company still continues to provide construction support services to NPL on a daily basis.

2014
Developing the Brand

The executives at Diamond’s Management Group, Inc. have reconstructed an improved team and began offering a wider variety of services. As part of its growth and altered focus, they brought on their successors Glenn Bertrand, Jr. and Valetta Bertrand-Baker as Officers to participate in the day-to-day management of their operations.

2020
The Present

The Company began providing Construction support services for local Utility Contractors, adding license and equipment to offer a variety of construction support services.

2021
The Future

Diamond’s Management Group, Inc. goal is to continue to provide superior construction support services to its existing and new customers for the next 20 years!
